Carol’s Take on Quality Time:
It can be challenging to set aside quality time for yourself when you have a busy schedule, but I try to get outdoors as much as possible. I really enjoy the natural beauty that surrounds me by taking walks or sometimes just relaxing on the back patio. This summer it was particularly fun planting flowers and tomato plants and watching them grow! My husband and I feel very fortunate to be able to live on a country property where we occasionally have the pleasure of seeing deer, and even wild turkeys in our back yard.
Tara’s Take on Quality Time:
I love to walk to the farmers market on Tuesday’s. It’s located in the Village Park in Thiensville, so I get exercise walking over there and then when I arrive I enjoy the beautiful settingthe tree in the park, the river, and shopping under sunny skies for healthy food. I feel that is quality time well spent!
Jade’s Take on Quality Time:
I create quality time for myself by making the most of my time off. Most of my time off of work I spend time with my family, because family means so much to me. I also enjoy trying new places to eat with my boyfriend or my friends.
