This is a super simple 4th of July banner that will brighten any gathering, and you can make it in under 15 minutes flat!
Step 1. Purchase decorative craft paper in red, white, and blue patterns at your local craft store.
Step 2. Cut into triangular shapes and use a paper punch to cut small holes in the top two corners.
Step 3. Thread white string or jute cord through all the paper pennants.
Step 4. Use small tacks to hang your banner.
Step 5. Pack carefully and use again next year!
