Community Update from McNabb and Risley.

We at McNabb and Risley want to reach out to our friends and customers addressing our community concern during the COVID-19 outbreak.  During this time McNabb and Risley is taking extra precautions to keep our customers and employees healthy and safe.  We will be following CDC guidelines such as social distancing, sanitizing all high touch surfaces throughout the day, and hand washing often.

McNabb and Risley will remain open and our staff will be available to help you.  If you are currently working on a project or purchase with one of our Interior Designers and would like to meet at the store, or at your home, please contact your Designer or the store to set up an appointment.  You are also welcome to stop in at the store without making an appointment during business hours if you prefer.

We are adjusting our hours of operation (starting Thursday March 19th, 2020) during this time and they are as follows:

Monday through Saturday: 9am to 5pm or By Appointment

Sunday: Closed

Other options besides in person appointments or stopping in are available such as: Video Chatting (FaceTime, Skype, Hangouts, etc.), emailing, texting, and over the phone.

For anyone receiving deliveries, at the time of scheduling and the day of delivery we will be asking if anyone in the household has travelled in the past two weeks or if anyone in the household is feeling unwell.  If either are the the case, we can reschedule your delivery at a later date.  During scheduled deliveries our delivery staff will be wearing gloves.  The delivery staff will not be physically taking payments and you will be asked to call in your payment to our office.  These precautions are for the health and safety of our customers and staff.

McNabb and Risley has been part of our community for 66 years, and we want you to know that it is important to us to ensure you feel safe and comfortable while shopping with us.  We will continuously keep you informed of any updates and changes during this time.  Please feel free to reach out to your respective Interior Designer or call our main store number 262-242-1000 in you have any questions or concerns.
